Japan
I'm a long-time Japanophile and got my Bachelor's Degree in Japanese. While studying for it, I did a lot of classes in Japanese culture as well, related to literature, history, theater, etc. I think a lot of people are interested in traditional Japanese culture, but don't really know much about it - generally the first things that come to mind about Japan are samurai, geisha, ninja, Pokemon, etc. But I think there's a lot more to Japanese culture that people would find fascinating if they just knew more about it. So here are a collection of my posts about aspects of Japanese art or culture that I'm interested in, which I hope will show people more of the diversity of Japanese culture.
